Céline Preschey
Céline comes from a wine loving family. She has spent over ten years surrounded by wine barrels and wine bottles.
She chose, to begin her career, the famous Champagne vineyards working in marketing for Krug belonging to LVMH Group, the owner of the greatest Champagne Companies (Ruinart, Moët et Chandon, Dom Pérignon). She moved to Burgundy to work for the Boisset Group (one of the biggest Wine French companies) creating new products and packaging for the French and international markets.
Recruited by the Savour Club (the leading French mail order wine and spirits company), Céline was responsible for the wine range evolution and the wine shop development. She took in charge key customers for the French and the export market..
Vincent Querre
Born in a Bordeaux family in the wine business for 5 generations, Vincent began as a commercial director in the family business, selling to professionals customers like restaurants, wine cellars, and wholesalers in both France and abroad.
His fascination with soil diversity (terroir), led Vincent to become chief buyer for the Savour Club. He was in charge of 2000 products ranging from brand wines and small Châteaux to the most prestigious Grands Crus, Champagne and rare spirits.
Vincent is very knowledgeable on wine production (from the smallest to the biggest growers) and an expert on the French market (traditional and export-Belgium, England, Denmark, Japan and China).
He is a professional taster appointed by Wine Syndicates such as Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Bordeaux, Qualibordeaux, Qualityvins, for Qualisud and for many other ODG (Organisme de Défense et de Gestion), for approving seals of quality, for wine guides like Guide Hachette, and competitions such as the Concours Général Agricole from Paris.
